Arrive in the afternoon to the Villa located in Sesto Fiorentino which is 15 km outside of Florence city centre. Explore the town of Sesto Fiorentino perhaps tasting the local pastries or icecream.
Spend the night enjoying the local pizzas cooked in a wood fired oven.

By private tour we visit the Abbey of San Galgano and the nearby towns. The Abbey of Saint Galgano was a Cistercian Monastery founded in the province of Siena, region of Tuscany, Italy. Enjoying the picturesque country side of Tuscany.
Dinner in a local restaurant in Sesto Fiorentino where you can enjoy seasonal and local dishes, plated with style.

In Florence we will visit the Florentine Mosaic Renaissance Workshop to see the craftsman at work. Then onto the Medici Chapels and admire the work of Michelangelo with a personal tour guide.
We then visit the town of Lucca which endears itself to everyone who visits. Hidden behind Renaissance walls, its cobbled streets handsome piazzas and shady promenades make it a perfect place to explore on foot with a private tour guide.

In the morning we will visit the renowned Antinori Winery in Florence enjoying the prize winning wines and renowned architecture.
In the afternoon we spend at the villa for a cooking class like no other. The cooking class starts with a tour in the fields on the estate to pick the vegetables and fresh herbs explaining the agricultural history and methods used on the farm. After the first hour enter the main Villa, the family home since the 19th century, cooking a 5 course menu with Florentine family recipes using fresh ingredients from the garden and local markets, mainly organic. Everything will be prepared using the Estate's olive oil and accompanied by wine from the estate. After your “hard work” you will be served the Tuscan Dinner consisting of 5 courses including their unique wine.

Drive with a private driver/guide to Arezzo and Cortona. Enjoy the beauty of the Tuscan countryside and enjoy the history and tranquillity of Tuscany.

Transfer by private coach to Perugia in the morning.
In the afternoon explore Perugia on foot with a tour guide appreciating the history of Perugia.
Dinner in one of the local restaurants indulging in a feast of fine food

We start the day by visiting the famous stained glass museum which is still producing today using ancient techniques. This is stained glass like you have never seen before, it includes the process of painting glass in layers to produce works of art that look like paintings.
Followed by lunch at one of the local Olive farms run by an Australian family from Perth.

By private transfer we visit Spoleto, richly endowed with historic monuments of the medieval period. Our private guide will explain the history and architecture of this quaint town.
